Terms and Conditions
Photography Agreement
This agreement is between the Client and the Photographer for a photography session. By reading this agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
📅Rescheduling & Cancellation
- •A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session without forfeiting the deposit.
- •Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit.
- •In case of a no-show, the full session fee will be forfeited.
- •The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, unsafe weather conditions, or other emergencies. In such cases, the Client may choose to reschedule to a mutually agreed-upon date or receive a full refund of the deposit.
📸Image Usage & Copyright
- •The Photographer retains full copyright to all images and reserves the right to use selected photos for portfolio, website, and social media promotion.
- •If the Client prefers not to have any images shared publicly, a $200 non-publication fee will apply. This must be communicated prior to the session.
💳Payment & Deposit
- •A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the session date. The deposit can be transferred to another date if rescheduled with at least 2 days notice.
✓Client Responsibility
- •By agreeing to this session, the Client commits to arriving on time and prepared. Delays may result in reduced session time.
🖼️Image Delivery
- •The Photographer does not provide raw or unedited images. Only professionally edited photographs in the Photographer's signature style will be delivered to the Client.
